CX Genie Version 2.10.1: Enhanced Bot, Notifications, and More!

We're excited to announce the latest update to CX Genie, bringing a host of improvements, and bug fixes to enhance your user experience. Here's what's new in this release:
Improvements
BOT
Bot settings preview: In the Bot Settings section, you can now preview popups for all your settings, allowing for easier customization and management.
Notification refinement: To ensure you never miss critical alerts, CX Genie will now send notifications only in the following cases:
- Setting up message flows with notification features for agents.
- Bot failing to provide an answer.
- User creating a new ticket
Message flow video tutorials: Confused about creating a message flow? Don't worry! Detailed video tutorials are now available to guide you through the process, making it easier to set up your own message flows.
New interface for bot integration guidance: We've enhanced the bot integration guidance interface to make it easier for you to integrate CX Genie with your platforms.
LIVE CHAT
Previously, when a user opened the chat widget for the first time without sending any messages, the conversation would automatically appear in Live chat. Now, users must send a message via the chat widget for the conversation to appear in Live chat, ensuring support staff only engage with active conversations.
TICKET
To make it easier for you to understand how Ticket management works, we've added instructional video for easy access.
MESSENGER INTEGRATION
Page token expiry alert: Now, you will receive notifications to re-add your Facebook page if its token expires or encounters an error.
Messenger Message flow: Exciting expansion in this update! Message flows are now operational on Messenger, allowing you to create message flows containing text and image content. When users activate message flows on Messenger, text and image messages within the flow will be displayed and function as intended.
FIXED BUGS
- Continuous deletion of Unanswered Questions in the detail view is now functioning correctly.
- Users can now import Bot Knowledge Suggestions continuously from the detail view.
- Layout distortion when selecting multiple agents to feed conversation information for bot learning has been resolved.
- The quality of bot suggestions has been improved to ensure they provide sufficient information.
- Availability of subscription options for monthly plans has been corrected.
