CX Genie Version 3.2: Enhanced Bot Features and Bug Fixes

We are excited to announce the latest update for CX Genie, Version 3.2, which includes significant enhancements, new features, and critical bug fixes to improve the overall user experience and functionality of the chatbot.
New Features
WEBHOOK 1.0
CX Genie now supports webhooks for individual bots with the following events:
- When the bot receives a message
- When the bot encounters an unanswerable message
To set this up, go to the bot you want to configure, select Launch Bot > Webhook > enter the webhook URL and choose the events you want to subscribe to. When these events occur, the event data will be sent to the configured URL. If you need to modify this data, please contact our development team.
BOT
Test the bot without enabling auto-reply
Now, even if you have disabled auto-reply for the bot, you can still use the "Chat with bot" feature to test the bot.
Detailed Video Tutorials
We have added detailed video tutorials on how to format training data for FAQs and Articles. These videos will help you prepare and load data accurately and efficiently.
Dynamic variables for buttons and links
Now you can set dynamic content for button display and dynamic links attached to buttons in the message flow. Check out our video tutorial if you are unfamiliar with using Dynamic Variables.
"Wait" feature in Message flow
We have introduced the "Wait" feature for block Messages with action in Message flow. With this feature, you can set a waiting time for customer responses. If the customer does not respond within this time, the next action you configured will be triggered.
Bot learning from Edited suggestions
When the bot provides a suggestion and the user clicks "Edit," the bot will learn from this conversation segment.
INTEGRATION

To better support your integration process, we have added detailed video tutorials on how to integrate CX Genie with Discord and Slack. Please review these videos to avoid errors during integration.
Telegram Integration
We are thrilled to introduce integration with Telegram. You can now connect and use CX Genie with the Telegram platform, expanding your bot's interaction reach to one of the world's most popular messaging apps.
Facebook integration
Now, you have the ability to delete the bot assigned to handle conversations from your fan page. Once the bot is deleted, conversations from this fan page will no longer receive responses from the bot.
Bug Fixes
BOT
- Fixed an issue where imported bot knowledge was not usable during bot testing.
- Fixed an issue where the bot list page would revert to the first page upon reload after page navigation.
- Fixed an issue where creating a bot from a template did not auto-scroll to the top on the new step.
- Fixed the non-functional "Recrawl All URLs" feature
- Fixed an issue where saving message flows caused blocks to disappear.
- Fixed an issue where the import icon remained visible after bulk deleting knowledge.
- Fixed a mismatch issue between error names and field names for Dynamic Variables.
WORKSPACE
- Fixed a session management issue where logging out and logging into a different account would leave the tabs from the previous account active, preventing unauthorized actions
TICKET MANAGEMENT
- Addressed issues with SSL certificates for client custom domains.
INTERGRATION
- Fixed an issue where deleting a Facebook page would show an error and redirect the user to the login screen, preventing re-login.
- Fixed an issue where bots integrated with Discord were not replying.
- Fixed an issue where the token input popup reappeared even after entering the token for Discord integration.
- Fixed an issue where disconnecting from Slack was successful but the Slack URL still appeared.
- Fixed an issue where leaving the token field empty still showed a successful connection for Discord.
